A Classic Bomb can be predicted.  In many cases we are able to detect which horses's and connections have sent clues to the betting public in previous performances about hidden potential, but the public has chosen to not get the hint.  Our BTE formula can detect these hidden clues and doesn't let emotions or reference levels get in the way.
