In no case shall Thoropredictor liability exceed the price of a monthly subscription rate for the software or the end users monthly average subscription rate for using said software. Thoropredictor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any loss of damages resulting from errors and omissions in the data provided herein. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Thoropredictor and its affiliates, partners, contributors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including attorneys fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to your use of this website or any alleged breach of this Agreement by you.
Miscellaneous
Thoropredictor reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Thoropredictor on-line service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Thoropredictor shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the on-line service. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, a termination under this clause will result in a prorated payment obligation for the month of termination, if applicable. You agree to pay all fees and charges for your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is incurred. You agree to pay Thoropredictor in accordance with the payment option selected by you.

You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws, treatises and regulations in connection with the use of Thoropredictor on-line service. Thoropredictor requires a valid e-mail address when you register. Invalid e-email addresses will cause your account to be deleted.
